Wǒ méi shōudào kuàidì, dànshì xiǎnshì qiānshōu le.

I didn't receive the package, but it shows as signed for.

签收 (qiānshōu) = signed/received. Usually it's in a locker or with a neighbor/guard.

是不是放到快递柜了？取件码发我一下。

Shì bu shì fàng dào kuàidìguì le? Qǔjiànmǎ fā wǒ yíxià.

Was it put in the locker? Send me the pickup code.

取件码 (qǔjiànmǎ) = pickup code. Check your SMS spam folder first — it's usually there.

这不是我的东西，发错了。

Zhè bú shì wǒ de dōngxi, fā cuò le.

This isn't my item — wrong one was sent.
